The Curiosity Cabinet
The Curiosity Cabinet

The School Archive contains documents from the last 200 years which give unique insight into the life of the School, the social history of Nottingham and the wider Midlands; education, work patterns and administration; opportunity and boys’ lives (and later girls’ lives); family and cultural life and sport. It provides safe storage for records, artefacts and memorabilia illustrating the School experience of countless generations and the things that mattered to them; everything from a piece of WW1 Trench Art to a 1st team Rugby Cap and a Fives glove. We are always grateful for identified or dated photographs, examples of schoolwork undertaken, and other items that are meaningful in our Old Nottinghamians’ experience of being here. This month we are delighted to exhibit in the School’s Curiosity Cabinet.
