It will be run by a team of dedicated students in our Design and Technology Department.
Our students have a wide range of skills and we anticipate that the repair process will provide exposure to lots of different engineering opportunities that will enable the further development of skills.
As designer engineers, our aim to instil in our students a regard for the need for products to be sustainable and to have as low an environmental impact as possible, this project will put these principles into practice.
Alongside the repair service, we are also offering an upcycling service. If you have an item that you are going to dispose of you might like to consider donating this to the Repair Shop. Our creative team of students may be able to upcycle this into a new and useful item.
If you have any items or have particular skills and would like to get involved, please do get in touch with us at development@nottinghamhigh.co.uk and we will put you in otuch with the Design and Technology Department.
